Expired bottles?

Is there a way to tell when the product expires? I have used this product in the past and loved it but the two bottles that I just received have a bit of a musty smell and I’m wondering if they have expired?
I normally love this product- it blends well and doesn’t break out my skin. It doesn’t leave me oily or sticky.
It just smells kind of different this time than any of the other times I’ve used this product and not a good smell.

Great product

This is the only face cream that I dont break out, it’s very hydrating and you don’t even need a lot, just a pea size drop goes a long ways. I’ve used this cream for years. Love it.
